Mine, personally, are. . . the Leven Thumps books. Reading only deep and heavy novels makes my mouth feel sticky similar the feeling of dehydration. They are draining not because they are bad, but because they take such an intense amount of energy to absorb all the layers. It's nice to have some light, easy reading for entertainment value but also to emphasize or contrast the beauty of a real classic.Kaylahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03446874512243017903noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3826608887827338951.post-2024503936428976752010-01-20T15:24:02.228-08:002010-01-20T15:24:02.228-08:00Baby-sitters Club.

I could still show you exactly where that shelf is.

I just like the black and white, I think.

As for Twilight, I read them before the phenomenon, and I really enjoyed them. It's a good story! By the time I got to the last book...I was a little tired. The same words, the same whining...
I have no problem with people liking/reading them. I do have a problem with people calling these books "literature" and labeling them as the best books ever written, despite their lack of outside experience. Also, I have a problem with B and E's creepy relationship.
That's all.Brittanyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15882610343505172301noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3826608887827338951.post-51821320309612123522010-01-20T12:40:16.357-08:002010-01-20T12:40:16.357-08:00I have vowed to never read a Twilight book, and wi...I have vowed to never read a Twilight book, and will probably never see the movies, but I did read the entire Babysitters Club and Sweet Valley High series along with a lot of Christopher Pike and everything Michael Crichton ever wrote (please don't tell Hemingway, he might get jealous). I'm definitely a B, but I haven't read them in years. If I read them now, I might be a D. And I have many, many friends who are E's. I just have to say that I no longer think the 7 millionth parody that has come out actually isn't that funny. And I sometimes think that the people who love to hate Twilight can be just as crazy as those who are obsessed with Twilight.Lieslhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04121645160394845862noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3826608887827338951.post-75494991298631351992010-01-19T18:01:15.639-08:002010-01-19T18:01:15.639-08:00What about Judy Blume?!?What about Judy Blume?!?IngridLolahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16079137600900264656noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3826608887827338951.post-14069465530241637422010-01-19T14:12:36.993-08:002010-01-19T14:12:36.993-08:00HOLY COW I READ THAT ASTRAL PROJECTION BOOK LIKE T...HOLY COW I READ THAT ASTRAL PROJECTION BOOK LIKE THREE TIMES AND LOVED IT.
